Bottle of bubbly may be a sign

The Minister for Finance Mr McCreevy was his customary tight-lipped self when asked what the December Budget might contain. He was fielding questions following a pre- Budget address to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. The accountants, however, presented him with a bottle of champagne. Perhaps there will be something to celebrate in the Budget after all?
