Irish Life's bosses may have been cleared of blame formally by the report into churning of clients by some of its salespeople, but the Minister, Mr Noel Treacy, was quick to warn the company and its rivals against complacency. Both the industry and its customers now await the Minister's promised legislation to reduce the likelihood of customers losing benefit to enrich insurance sales personnel.
