Shares in Ashquay, the London and Belfast-based property investment company finished unchanged at 26 1/2p when the company made its debut on the Dublin Stock Exchange yesterday. The company, which is already listed on the London Stock Exchange announced that its shareholders had approved the purchase of a 35-acre site with planning permission for warehousing and light industrial development close to Dublin Airport. The site has been valued at £7 million.
