Argentina curbs inflation

ARGENTINA'S inflation rate this year would probably register 0.2 per cent, the lowest in the world, private reports said yesterday. A private consultancy group said that the cost of living ran below zero during November, the fifth month in 1996 with a negative inflation rate and setting up an annual rate of about 0.2 per cent.
