APN News & Media, the Australian media group, has completed the acquisition of Wilson & Horton. Under the terms of the deal, Independent News & Media, which owns Wilson & Horton, will increase its stake in APN to 45 per cent from 40 per cent and also raise some $220 million in cash to pay down borrowings.
