Ansbacher decision to be delivered

A decision as to whether confidential information concerning the Ansbacher Deposits should be handed over to the High Court inspectors investigating the deposits will be delivered today in the Cayman Islands. Ansbacher Cayman Ltd has sought the permission of the Cayman courts to hand over the information in the face of objections from three parties, including one or more Irish clients of the bank.
