AerFi Group, the aircraft financing company that emerged from the restructured GPA Group, has completed the tender offer for Swedish aircraft leasing company, Indigo Aviation. The total cost will come to around $150 million (€147 million).
The enlarged group will have 104 aircraft with a value of $2.3 billion on lease to 57 airlines. Under the deal, former GPA chairman, Dr Tony Ryan's stake will be reduced from 6 per cent to 5 per cent.
