Aer Lingus appointment

The Minister for Public Enterprise Ms O'Rourke has appointed Dr John Keane to the Aer Lingus board

The Minister for Public Enterprise Ms O'Rourke has appointed Dr John Keane to the Aer Lingus board. Dr Keane, a consultant opthalmic physician with the Midland Health Board replaces the late Mr David Austin.

Dr Keane, who is from the Minister's home town of Athlone, is currently a member of the Midland Helath Board and is a former member of the VHI board. He lists his interests as history, sailing and politics.
