One of the State's largest law firms, A&L Goodbody, has appointed three new partners

One of the State's largest law firms, A&L Goodbody, has appointed three new partners. Mr Kevin Feeney is head of the public private partnership unit, Ms Mary McKenna is a partner in the mutual funds group in the firm and Mr Jim Trueick works in the litigation department and is a director of the firm's employment law unit.

Mr Brian Farrell is the new managing director of United Beverages, the beer wholesaling company, which is now owned by Guinness Ireland. Mr Farrell was previously deputy managing director of Guinness Nigeria plc and has more than 25 years experience with the Guinness Group.

Mr Ian Dunlop becomes director of international product development for Novell, the network software provider quoted on the Nasdaq. He will be based at Novell's office in Dublin and joins the company from IBM/Lotus where he was development director (new products).

Oniva, the new media consultancy set up in 1993, has made Mr Ciaron Nelis business development manager. He previously worked with Indigo, where he was responsible for e-commerce and Web development business.

Providence Resources has appointed Mr P.O.J. Tracy to its board of directors. He has more than 26 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Esat Telecom has appointed Mr Brendan Lundy as senior sales and marketing director. He joins from AirTouch, the global wireless communications company.

BFK Ireland, the creative design and marketing company, has made Mr Paul Caskey its sales director.

Ms Fiona Martin becomes creative director of the company, after handling An Post, Bewleys, Enterprise Ireland and Gilbeys as clients.

Mr Terry Flanagan becomes a sales director at Punch, the producer of shoe-care products, based in Co Cork.

Trinity Technology Group, the computer services company, has announced two appointments to its Northern Ireland management Team.

Mr Donal Brennan is appointed to the position of account director with responsibility for sales in Northern Ireland. Mr Francis Walker becomes project manager and pre sales consultant.
