Forty-five new jobs are to be created in the first phase of a £2.9 million (€3.68 million) food processing plant which is to be set up near Castleblayney, CoMonaghan.

Kozy Shack Enterprises, which owns three other plants in the US is to set up the industry for the manufacture and supply of chilled desserts to the European market.
