The Hampshire Professional Golfers Association has chosen the Ring of Kerry Golf and Country Club as the venue for a new competition. In October, teams from some 20 Hampshire clubs will arrive with their club professionals to play a 36 holes competition for the Kerry Cup.
"We are delighted to be chosen by the Hampshire PGA which is one of the most successful regions in England. We hope that the event will attract support from companies in the south of England and Ireland and will become an annual event," said Tom McNicholas, co-owner of the Ring of Kerry Club.
