Waterford United manager Mike Flanagan has an unchanged squad available for this evening's promotion/relegation second leg against Kilkenny City at the Regional Sports centre. Having lost Wednesday evening's match 1-0, United must score if they are to maintain their Premier Division status, so Flanagan may look at making changes up front where Karl Gannon and Brendan Markey played at Buckley Park.

City, meanwhile, have Brian Jordan fit again after a hamstring problem while Robert Vaughan is available for selection after missing the home leg due to personal commitments. The Kilkenny manager will also have to decide on whether to stick with Brendan Rae, who scored City's goal on Wednesday, up front or switch him back to central defence in the hope of keeping the generally goal shy Waterford strikers at bay for the 90 minutes.

Drogheda United, meanwhile, have parted company with manager Eddie May. The club directors decided in the wake of their relegation that they could no longer afford a full-time boss and, while Harry McCue steps in for the moment, the post will be advertised within the next week.
