Looking to improve your swing? Well, the new Wayne Westner Golf Academy at Celbridge Driving Range could be the place for you. The former European Tour professional has two bays at the range and the bonus for everybody is that those who have lessons there get their own individual video analysis, something that can be taken away by the golfer at the end of the one-hour lesson, which costs £40.
The academy was opened by Westner - who had previously been at City West - last February and has proved a huge success, so much so that in the months ahead it is hoped to extend the number of bays on the first-floor facility at Celbridge. They also hope to increase the number of video studios. Professional Gilles Rebuffel, who is part of Westner's teaching team, says: "It is all very busy at the moment."
