Collingwood Cup Final: UCC 3 - UCD 0 Impressive UCC landed their fourth Collingwood Cup on the trot with a well-deserved victory at a blustery University of Limerick yesterday.

Goals from Graham Wilshaw, Rob Heffernan and Mick Murphy ensured the Cork university maintained their stranglehold on the trophy.

Wilshaw fired home a stunning 30th-minute free-kick while Heffernan showed great skill to double his side's advantage just past the hour mark. In the second half, Murphy stabbed home a Mark Tobin flick-on from an Adrian Desmond cross.
