NIKE ARE smarting from a recent decision made in the Spanish courts

NIKE ARE smarting from a recent decision made in the Spanish courts. They can no longer use their Nike name on clothes sold in Spain following a supreme court decision which said that the name has been registered there since 1932 and legally belongs to a company called Cidesport.

The Cidesport company also claims to own the Nike name in Andorra, Cameroon, Cuba, Poland and Tunisia. Nice little earner if you can get it.
