Three changes in under-21s

THE Ireland under-21 team to meet Wales in Wicklow in Friday - when a win will give Ireland the Triple Crown - shows three changes from the side that defeated Scotland last month. There is also a positional switch in the back row.

Den is Hickie, unavailable for the match against Scotland, has been named on the right wing in place of Nigel Carolan, new cap Alan Robinson (Ballymena) takes over in the second row from John Ryan and Eric Miller, unavailable against Scotland as he was playing for the Ireland A side, returns to the back row. He will be at number eight with Colin McEntee going to the blind side flank.
