Setanta Sports television is hoping to show 19 games in the Leinster Schools Senior and Junior Cups.

This ambitious broadcast schedule is dependent on those matches being staged at Donnybrook, not altogether a fait accompli given the current condition of the pitch and also prevailing weather.

The Leinster Branch has reached agreement with Setanta permitting the games to be screened. The majority of the matches will be shown in full on the night that the game takes place at 7 pm.

Setanta is hoping that they may be in a position to broadcast the two Schools Senior Cup semi-finals live and also the Senior and Junior Finals in real time.

Although nothing has been agreed at this stage the network is hoping to screen the Munster Schools Senior Cup Final.
