Team check: Ryan given chance

Tipperary SF

Declan Ryan has been given more time to prove his fitness ahead of Sunday's Munster final with Cork and if he is unable to start, Eddie Enright will take the centre forward position.

Otherwise, there are no changes from the team that defeated Clare earlier this month. The team is again captained by Tomas Dunne, who will partner John Leahy at midfield.

Leitrim SF

Leitrim have named five championship newcomers in the team to face Roscommon in Sunday's Connacht football championship semi-final.

At full back will be John McKeown and alongside him Michael Reynolds.

The other newcomers will be wingback Dermot Reynolds, and wing forward pairing of Gareth Foley and Ronan Haslett.

Roscommon SF

There are three changes in the team to face Leitrim from that which comfortably bypassed London in the first round. Ronan Owens takes over the full back position and Fergal O'Donnell and Derek Duggan return from injury to take up the wing forward positions.

Both Duggan and O'Donnell have extensive championship service while Owens, who replaces John Whyte, made his debut two seasons back. The two wing forwards to be replaced are Nigel Dineen and Eddie Lohan.

The team is captained by centre back Clifford McDonald and manager Gay Sheerin has also named a team that shows seven changes from that which fell heavily to Mayo last summer. Injured or replaced are Enon Gavin, Rossa O'Callaghan, Ciaran Heneghan, Tom Ryan, Stephen Lohan, Conor Connelly and Lorcan Dowd.
