Diarmuid O'Sullivan the Cork full back will face no further investigation into his contretemps with Limerick's Brian Begley during last week's Munster championship. In a statement released yesterday, the Games Administration Committee announced that it would be taking "no further action" against either player. Referee Aodan MacSuibhne reported that he had been fully aware - before booking O'Sullivan and Begley - of what transpired during the clash in which O'Sullivan was seen striking Begley with his hurley. Thursday night's GAC meeting adopted the referee's report.
