LOUTH SFC:LOUTH CHAMPIONS Mattock Rangers remain on course to retain their crown after defeating favourites St Patrick's by 1-11 to 0-10 in Dromiskin last night.

Kit Henry’s side were the better team for the majority of a thrilling contest but needed a Robbie Brennan goal midway through the second half to wrestle control back from a St Patrick’s side who put up a brave fight after the break when they trailed by 0-5 to 0-2.
