Stuart Appleby was rolling along very nicely until he reached the 18th hole and took a quadruple bogey eight! The Australian's drive was pushed to the right and straight into the Barry Burn. A penalty drop later, his approach was dispatched out-of-bounds. Appleby's fifth shot was put into a greenside bunker, he splashed out and, two putts later (and an eight for 78), the putter was tossed a la boomerang towards his bag.
