Schools' Rugby: It took Munster A Schools all their time to subdue a willing Leinster at inclement St Columba's College yesterday as they dominated for most of the first half.
Centre Jeffrey Hitchmough hit an upright from an eighth-minute penalty but made amends with his second effort. Leinster's Conor Brady claimed the first try after a maul from a lineout for a 5-3 half-time lead. Munster stuck to their game plan and in the 49th minute wing Jamie Evans crossed for a try. Their other wing, Conor Quinn, made the game safe in the 62nd minute, scoring on the left.
