Bobby Miller, the Laois man who has trained Eire Og of Carlow to win three Leinster club senior football titles in four seasons and guided them to two All Ireland club finals, has resigned this position.
Miller's break with the Carlow town club comes at the end of a four year tenure of unprecedented success for the Carlow county champions, who have won four Carlow senior championships under his managership.
Eire Og lost the All Ireland club final to Kerry and Munster champions Laune Rangers of Killorglin by 4-5 to 0-11 on St Patrick's Day.
Miller remains in charge of the Carlow senior football team, which has a first round Leinster senior football championship engagement with neighbours Wexford on Sunday week.
