A healthy turnout of one-design classes was in action on Dublin Bay over the weekend for the annual Carlsberg RAYC Baily Bowl. Fifty-five boats took part in light and fickle conditions with Bryan Maguire's Cries of Passion taking the J24 class and the Robert Dix and Tom Roche paired 1720, as yet unnamed, winning the 22-strong sportsboat class.

The dragon class had the largest turnout with 23 crews competing and Das Boot, jointly owned by Paul Maguire, Geoff Chadwick and John Rothery from the Royal St George emerged victorious.
