Honda and Formula One team Jordan have been making a splash with their latest collaboration - powerboat racing. Honda are already supplying engines to Jordan Formula One next season and now Jordan plan to contest the Honda-powered Formula 4-stroke powerboat series.
"We are looking forward to a highly charged season, both on the track and in the water," said Jordan chief executive Eddie Jordan (above).
Identifying an eye for talent when it comes to pointing an engine in the right direction, or, perhaps publicity, Jordan said they would invite Formula One drivers Heinz-Harald Frentzen and Jarno Trulli to try out the boat ahead of the 10-race series which starts in the spring.
