Longford Town v Bohemians Strokestown Road (7.30)

Given the string of injuries he has to cope with, the reception he gets may be the last thing on Stephen Kenny's mind. Glen Crowe, Kevin Hunt and Avery John are all doubtful while Dave Hill, Brian Shelley and Mark Rutherford are definitely out.

Derek O'Neill, meanwhile, must wait to check on the fitness of Alan Reynolds and Sean Prunty but Stephen O'Brien is suspended so Kevin McCormack comes in. "We all hope that Stephen comes along because the players want to acknowledge the tremendous job he did during his time here but when the game starts it will be all about the players on the pitch and nothing else that has happened will count for anything."

Finn Harps v Greystones Ballybofey (7.30)

Jonathon Speak must rest top scorer Kevin McHugh this evening which leaves the home side's manager with striking problems as his own work commitments have left him lacking match fitness. Brendan Devanney might be thrown into attack or Niall Cook may get an opportunity but the rest of the team will be unchanged.

The visitors will be without player-manager Alan Condren (knee ligaments), while Garry Jordan, Kevin Farrell (both ankle) as well as Keith Hickey (bruised ribs) are all doubtful.

Cherry Orchard v Garda AFC De La Salle (11.0)

The hosts are missing four first team regulars for this clash between two sides that have become regulars at this stage of the competition. Mark Reid, Tommy Byrne, Barry Quigley and Mick Horan are all sidelined by injury.

Garda, meanwhile, have problems of their own with Stefan Buttner and Paudge Hearn both still suffering from long-term injury problems that will keep them out of manager Glenn Millar's side for tomorrow morning's game.

Cork City v Shamrock Rovers Turner's Cross (2.0 p.m.)

Their respective league positions suggest that there is nothing to choose between these two sides but City's two wins on the previous couple of occasions they have met this season combined with the fact that Rovers have now lost twice on the trot may just give them the edge.

City have Kelvin Flanagan suspended while Declan Daly and Pat Morley are both out. Neale Horgan is expected to play despite an ankle injury.

Rovers expct to have much the same squad from last weekend's derby game against Shelbourne but Damien Richardson may again juggle his line-up as he attempts to rediscover the winning combination.

St Kevin's Boys v Rockmount AUL Complex, (2.0)

With no injury worries to speak of, Dermot Wilkins is still hoping that his young St Kevin's side can set up the big day out that he and the rest of the club have been hoping for by beating Rockmount and progressing to the last 16.

There cause may be helped slightly by the fact that Alan Martin (knee) is out of action while Jonathan Busteed and Rory Beechiner both face late tests for the visitors. Pat (brother of Roy) Keane was sent off against Cherry Orchard in the Intermediate Cup last week but he'll start tomorrow.

Glebe North v Limerick Market Green (2.0)

With Balbriggan at full strength they are confident that they can advance to the next round. "We've a nice, neat little side who can give anybody a game on our day," says Ivan Harper who must be anxious, though, to get the tie out of the way at the first attempt.

Noel O'Connor, though, realises that his Limerick side look vulnerable and says that they are prepared to battle for the win. "It's a potential banana skin," he admits, "but the fact that they fancy themselves will suit us just fine. Having drawn with Sligo and Beaten Cobh in their last to games, the visitors will be unchanged again.

CYM Terenure v Cobh Ramblers Capco Park, Bluebell (2.0 p.m.)

Former Dundalk player Philip Fitzgerald expects to have Chai Chian back in his central midfield for the visit of Cobh but there will be little enough else by way of alteration to the home side as they eye up what looks to be another one of the potential shocks.

Ramblers, though, come to Dublin very close to full strength themselves and only their skipper, John Murphy, who has been suffering from back problems all year is expected to be missing.

Monaghan United v Athlone Town Gortakeegan (3.0 p.m.)

It's the usual list of problems for the Monagahan management team to face, with Declan McDonnell and Jonathan King cup-tied, James O'Callaghan suspended and Eddie Meier and Robbie Brunton both carrying injuries. John Carroll also looks to be out for the rest of the season but Darren McKenna and Paul Shiels are both available for selection again.

Athlone, who have "blown hot and cold all season," according to Liam Buckley have Conor Frawley suspended but, says the manager, "if we can get a draw up there then we'll fancy our chances back at home in the replay."

Kilkenny City v Waterford United Buckley Park (3.0 p.m.)

Billy Walsh is buoyant about his side's progress since the start of the season and, given that the squad is injury free, hopes that the team can improve on the three draws they've managed against Waterford over the past few months.

Brendan Rea must cope without either David Whittle or Thomas Fitzgerald so Rea and David Bren will probably form the central defensive partnership.

Sligo Rovers v Leeds AFC Showgrounds (3.30 p.m.)

They may have a little more trouble winning games than Don O'Riordan would like but Rovers's run of six games with just one defeat suggests that they should have a little too much for their visitors tomorrow. Like their hosts Leeds have a young side but they will be missing one of their most experienced players, Anthony Kenneally, due to a back problem apart from which manager Philip McCarthy hopes to have a full squad to choose from.
