CHRIS EUBANK showed he has lost none of the arrogance that so infuriated past opponents as he looked ahead to ending his year long retirement from boxing in Cairo tonight. The former British world champion, who takes on Argentinian Luis Dionisio Barrera, believes he can conquer the world again in the light-heavyweight division as he did at middleweight and super-middleweight.
With the pressure of being unbeaten now removed, following a brace of defeats by WBO super-middleweight champion Steve Collins, Eubank sees no reason why he cannot recapture former glories.
"The only reason I lost to Collins was because I was fighting every seven weeks. I know now that is no good. I was tired. He is not fit to tie my shoe laces and when I get to fight him again I will show you what I mean."
