THE Margin's business excellence department is glad to bring news that former champion Terry Burrows yesterday reclaimed the world window cleaning record. He cut the old record by nearly a quarter of a second as he cleaned three 45 inch square windows in just 18.46 seconds at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre. The prize was a mere £200, but Mr Burrows said he was proud to be "flying the flag for Britain".
