Goalkeeper Mart Poom and Stefano Eranio are available again, along with striker Dean Sturridge, who has completed a two-match ban. Lars Bohinen makes his Pride Park debut.
Tore Andre Flo and Mark Hughes seem certain to replace Gianluca Vialli and Gianfranco Zola up front, while Frank Sinclair, Jody Morris, Danny Granville, Laurent Charvet and David Lee could all feature.
