Séamus Callanan scored 1-5 in the first half, including a goal after 50 seconds, as the winners established a 1-14 to 0-5 half-time lead.
Mullinahone were heavily reliant on the free-taking of Eoin Kelly, who scored nine of his ten points from placed balls.
