The Munster Council has decided to refer Clare manager Ger Loughnane's allegations concerning the Munster Council to the GAA's Management Committee.

In the course of a lengthy interview on Clare FM, Loughnane accused the council's secretary Donie Nealon and PRO Fr Seamus Gardiner of having announced privately in advance of any decision on the matter that Clare centrefielder Colin Lynch was to receive three months suspension for behaviour during the Munster final replay.

"We asked Coiste Bainisti to investigate the allegations," said a Munster Council spokesperson, "because we can hardly start investigating ourselves." He added that it was the unanimous wish of the council to turn their minds to other matters at this stage.

Tickets for tomorrow's All-Ireland semi-final are still available. They will be on sale today from the shop on Jones's Road, from 9.30 this morning to six o'clock this evening. They cost £18 each. Access to both the Hogan and New Stands will be by ticket only but admission to the terraces is by cash.
