St Michael's Enniskillen 0-10 Chorca Dhuibhne 0-9: EDDIE COURTNEY kept his composure brilliantly to land an injury-time winner from a 40 metre free and propel St Michael's to a deserved victory over Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne in the All-Ireland Colleges senior A football semi-final at O'Moore Park on Saturday.
Courtney gave a magnificent exhibition of kicking from distance in the second half, punishing Corca Dhuibhne’s indiscipline time and time again.
The centre forward finished with six points, five of which came after the resumption as St Michael’s made little of their MacRory Cup exertions five days previously to dominate the final 25 minutes.
