SOCCER/SETANTA CUP/Crusaders 4 Cliftonville 6:CLIFTONVILLE GRABBED a place in the semi-final draw of the Setanta Cup after a stunning win over Belfast neighbours Crusaders last night.
Just two days after losing 5-0 in a Premiership league game to Crusaders, the north-Belfast men quickly reaped their revenge.
Already 4-2 up from the first leg, Cliftonville stormed into a 2-0 lead through Kieran O’Connor and Mark Holland.
Vincent Sweeney and William Faulkner brought Crusaders level and O’Connor and Declan Caddell both scored to make it 3-3.
A George McMullan penalty and Stephen Garrett goal made it 5-3 before Caddell got his second for Crusaders while Rory Donnelly bagged Cliftonville’s sixth.
