Pool Three:Bristol secured their third win of the season, beating Harlequins 20-7 at the Memorial Stadium yesterday to keep the pressure on Cardiff Blues at the top of Pool Three.

After a scoreless first half, Samoan winger David Lemi broke the stalemate five minutes after the break to score in the corner. Quins replied immediately when acting scrumhalf Simon Keogh kicked ahead and the ball bounced perfectly for fullback Tom Williams to score, Adrian Jarvis converting.

Bristol scored a second try in the 54th minute as the forwards piled over the line with former Leinster player David Blaney, on as a replacement for England hooker Mark Regan, touching down.

In the closing minutes replacement number eight Andrew Blowers made a break before replacement prop Alex Clarke went over for Bristol's third try, which replacement outhalf Jason Strange converted.
