National League/Bray Wanderers 1 Bohemians 2: Fergal Harkin scored a dramatic stoppage time winner as Bohemians got the reward that looked like eluding them.

Bray appeared to have hung on for a point to prevent a fourth defeat on the spin as Cork referee Aidan O'Regan's watch entered the third minute of time added.

Chris O'Connor in the Bray goal initially made a good save from a Tony Grant header in a crowded box.

But the rebound ran kindly into the path of Harkin who crashed the ball home to give Bohemians all three points and stretch their unbeaten run to five games.

A bad goal gifted Bray the lead, but it was virtually all Bohs thereafter as they dominated for long spells.

Bohemians fell behind to a soft goal on 11 minutes to spring the game into life. It was just as well they made it count, as it proved to be Bray's only effort on goal in the whole match.

That fact was all the more irritating for Bohemians as there appeared to be little or no danger as Ken Oman headed away a long clearance from O'Connor.

But Stephen Fox outwitted Jimmy Aggrey as he got away with a slight nudge to then out leap the Bohemians defender and put Eamon Zayed in behind Oman. The former Irish under-21 international clinically did the rest, holding off Oman before drilling the ball past a furious Matt Gregg.

Enjoying much of the possession for the remainder of the half as they chased the game, Bohemians threatened the Bray goal on a number of occasions.

Dominic Foley shot wide before glancing a header over the bar from Harkin's corner.

Farrelly, their player/manager, then showed his shooting power when firing narrowly over the crossbar with a venomous drive from over 20 yards.

When they did get it on target, O'Connor was there to thwart Bohemians; acrobatically tipping over Grant's shot after cleverly making room for the opening to register the last action of the first half.

Bohemians deservedly equalised on 54 minutes. Wes Charles was booked for a tackle from behind on Foley with the ultimate punishment for his indiscretion to follow.

Harkin whipped over the free-kick and Oman rose at the back post to power his header past O'Connor.
