Mister Benjamin can maintain the tremendous record of three-year-olds in the Tote Trifecta November Handicap by winning the last big race of the turf Flat season at Doncaster today. The younger generation have supplied six of the last eight winners of the mile and a half event and Sean Woods' charge can continue the trend.

Mister Benjamin staked his claim with a creditable head-second to Brilliant Red in the highly-competitive Courage Handicap over 10 furlongs at Newbury in September. Although today's distance is uncharted territory, his style of running suggests that it will suit. Veronica Franco, who won at the same Newbury fixture over an extended one mile five furlongs, may appeal to eachway punters.

Woods saddles Raise A Prince for the CIU Serlby Stakes, but the Newmarket trainer's hopes of a double may be dashed by Alcazar. The John Dunlop-trained three-year-old finished six and three-quarter lengths ahead of Raise A Prince when winning at Haydock last month and meets that rival on better terms.

Mark Johnston can end the turf campaign with a brace of winners provided by Etterby Park and Gaelic Storm. Etterby Park is in the form of his life and the top weight is unlikely to stop the ultraconsistent stayer from winning in the Coalite Dragon Handicap.
