Madam, – Having decided to give up the hooch for health and indeed financial reasons, I carried out a little review recently. My own little Bord Snip! My 200ml bottle of Diet Coke costs me €2.70 in the pub. Ten of these drinks, ie, two litres would cost €27, if I went on a binge.
In my local supermarket, leaving out special offers, a two- litre bottle of Diet Coke is € 1.99.
I think we need some rocket science to justify this one. – Yours, etc,
