Sir, - Thank you sincerely for publishing Kathryn Holmquist's interview with Noleen Kavanagh (Health, March 22nd). It made truly heart-warming reading and was all the more appreciated as it was in such total contrast to the latest tedious spoofings from the eunuchs in the business harem about the `'Celtic Tiger". It was a lovely example of unselfish generosity of spirit from which my wife and I derived great comfort and consolation.
