Sir, - I would have to agree with what Mr Richard Timoney says in his criticism of the Universities Bill of the Minister for Education, Ms Niamh Bhreathnach, if the Bill were solely about college finance.
I gather there is a great deal more in the Bill than the purely financial; and universities have a whole range of problems not merely budgetary ones which need to be addressed and overcome. Yours, etc.,
