Sir, – It is incumbent on me to share my new approach to the Christmas aftermath. From December 27th, I start to remove some Christmas decorations until just the tree remains on January 6th. This piecemeal approach means the chore is less arduous, the tradition of marking the Epiphany is upheld and the trauma of reverting to an undecorated home is assuaged.
