The incredibly wonderful Christmas Eve Carol Service in St Patrick’s Cathedral (alas ticket- holders only these days) and the outrageously talented singing of the Cathedral Choir. And stepping out after the service into a crisp, cold, dark Dublin evening with the cathedral bells echoing around our capital city proclaiming the joyous season of Christmas. – Yours, etc,
