Sir, – I would love an explanation of why leasing the land for the new NMH serves the public better than ownership. I’ve heard it’s not unusual to lease. I’ve heard SVHG maintain it must own the land and that it has its reasons. I’ve heard the Government say it makes no difference who owns the land.
I still don’t know why leasing is better than ownership. – Yours, etc,
