Sir, - Malcolm Graham (August 4th) seems very perturbed by the lack of a statue of de Valera in Dublin city. If he cares to visit Ennis, Co Clare, there, in front of the courthouse, he will see a life-size statue of his hero. I worry that, if Dublin gets a statue of Dev, why when, every town in Ireland might want one. Isn't one statue of Dev and one statue of Clinton enough? - Yours, etc.,
