Madam, - Claire Murphy (March 30th) expresses annoyance at the new, and very restricting, speed limit on the Naas Dual-carriageway, which went overnight from 60mph to 60kph.
Does Ms Murphy realise that there are two lanes involved here? The inner one is for those bewildered few who seek to comply with regulations; the outer one is the preserve of those who continue blithely - and unchecked - to travel at 60mph (and more). - Yours, etc.,
