Madam – Thank you for the Crosaire booklet (April 29th), but I object in the strongest possible terms to your publishing of a cheat-sheet. I refer to the unwelcome “how to do” guide for Crosaire-solving. You printed something similar to this annoying explanatory article once or twice in the past and I was equally angry then. Over a short time most people manage to work out Crosaire’s little conventions for themselves. You have ruined everything with this dumbing down.
I feel that this is an insult to the intelligence of Crosaire-solvers. – Yours, etc,
