Rubbish On Canal Bank

Sir, - Dublin Corporation's cleansing department seems to think that this public right of way to the canal bank on Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2 is an acceptable place for surrounding offices to accumulate their rubbish. This right of way is effectively blocked off six days a week.

Is this typical of what is acceptable elsewhere in Dublin? How does Dublin Corporation know who to charge for collecting this refuse? This raises many questions. - Yours, etc.,
