Sir, - So now it's official. The "presently predictable scenario" of a rising market, to which Alan Cooke of the Auctioneers Institute refers to in response to my correspondence, is apparently here to stay and it is therefore wise for would be buyers to get stuck in - and quickly, before house prices go up yet again.
