Sir, – Minister for Agriculture Simon Coveney is to ban the sale of raw milk for human consumption on the basis that us humans might contract some non-fatal illness from the consumption of this product (Home News, October 5th).
Perhaps our Government would be better putting its energy and resources banning the the sale of cigarettes for human consumption on the basis that us humans will definitely contract a fatal illness from the consumption of this product.
