Madam, – Dublin City Council requires that a new sewage pumping centre be built at Spencer Dock (Front page, July 22nd). Given that many of our highly esteemed financial services companies do business here, (including the proposed new headquarters for Anglo Irish Bank) one seriously doubts whether the proposed 600 litres per second sewage capacity will be enough to cope with the output.
