Sir, - I have just received a letter from a colleague - a rum cove, it must be admitted - on which the left-hand upper portion of the envelope has been heavily obliterated by means of the application of black ink, and the legend "F.F.F." emblazoned thereon, in white.
I encourage anyone who concurs with my colleague's sentiments to go out and purchase a black marker and some Tipp-Ex. - Yours, etc.,
